Refunds can be requested by the customer for any reason within 3 business days (72 hours) after attending the first session of the course.
Requests for refunds made after the 3-day period will be subject to institute approval.
Refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval for the refund.
Requests for cancellation of a program must be made in writing up to 5 business days before the start date of the program.
Failure to attend a course or program does not constitute cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
A customer may not cancel or reschedule a course or program once it has started.
Products sold cannot be returned.
If the course material is defective in the form of incorrect download link or broken CDs, the customer can request a replacement course material.
